Shipping and Returns

Do you provide 2nd Business-Day shipping?
	Yes, we do provide 2nd Business-Day shipping. To assure that your order arrives by the second day, please place your order by 1pm EST and select our Express shipping option. Orders placed after 1pm EST will arrive on the 3rd business day. Express shipping orders placed on the weekend will be processed and packed on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. Premium shipping orders placed before 1pm EST on Friday will be scheduled to arrive Tuesday. We do reserve the right to change our cut off time for overnight order delivery at any time. In the past this has only occurred during September and October at the height of our busy Halloween Costume buying season.
Do you provide Next Business-Day shipping?
	Yes, Next Business-Day shipping is available for orders placed before 1pm EST. Please select our Premium shipping option. Premium shipping orders placed on the weekend will be processed and packed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Premium shipping orders placed before 1pm EST on Friday will arrive Monday. We do reserve the right to change our cut off time for overnight order delivery at any time. In the past this has only occurred during September and October at the height of our busy Halloween Costume buying season.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
	We are working toward making shipping available to more countries, however at present, we only ship within the United States.
What is your return policy?
	We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase however should you decide to return an item(s), please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
